Nickel Alloys Alloy 625 Pipes Overview
Zeon Exports supplies Nickel Alloy 625 (Inconel, UNS N06625) pipes, a nickel-chromium-molybdenum superalloy with excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance from cryogenic temperatures up to 980°C, for oil & gas, chemical processing and marine piping.
Nickel Alloy 625 (Inconel) Pipes carry sour-gas, high-temperature and highly corrosive process streams in oil & gas and chemical processing piping. Its nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium composition delivers excellent strength and resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and oxidation across a very wide temperature range, making it a go-to choice where duplex and standard stainless grades fall short.
- Excellent strength and corrosion resistance from cryogenic to 980°C
- Tensile ≥827 MPa, yield ≥414 MPa in the annealed condition
- EN 10204 3.1 certified, export-ready worldwide

Corrosion Resistance of Nickel Alloy 625 (Inconel)
- Nickel Alloy 625 Pipes resist both localized corrosion and high-temperature oxidation, a combination few alloys match.
- Pitting and crevice resistance: molybdenum and chromium give excellent resistance to chloride pitting and crevice attack.
- Oxidation resistance: forms a stable protective oxide layer for service up to 980°C.
- Sour-service resistance: resists stress corrosion cracking in hydrogen sulfide environments above 150°C.
Heat Resistance of Nickel Alloy 625 (Inconel)
Nickel Alloy 625 pipes retain useful strength and oxidation resistance up to roughly 980°C (1,800°F), with the annealed (Grade 1) condition rated for structural use up to about 593°C and the higher-temperature solution-annealed (Grade 2) condition suited to superior creep resistance. Confirm the correct grade and exact limits against the governing standard.
